Another Stretch Goal met and surpassed

The Stretch Goal for reaching 105,000 Euros in backing has been quickly passed by!

This will add 12 new terrain tiles to the game!

Here are the next two Stretch Goals that hopefully we will pass flying by:

Next addition will be 6 new maps plus the setups for them in the specific missions that use them.

Then there will be 4 new enemy bosses. This will be new types of enemies and of course will include illustrated standees.

Official Update 16

=> Official Update #16

Highlights:

  1. Stretch Goal: Reached 10th Stretch Goal yesterday and are already half way to the next and we still have 3 more days left in the campaign.
  2. New here? Get your free Artbook gift (announced in the previous Update)
  3. Deployable Hardware (tokens) now part of the game (via the latest Stretch Goal). This will add different types of drones, droids, platforms and devices for our heroes to deploy during a mission. These can help with hacking, distorting enemy movement and increase characters’ movement when close to enemies (as well as help with attacking them).

The next Stretch Goal (105,000 Euros will add 12 new terrain tiles)

My First Rogue Angels video (ReUnboxing)

I received a copy of the prototype today.

Yay!

I thought that I would make a quick video showing you what was inside my prototype box (thank you Emil Larsen for arranging for me to get this prototype!). Of course the final game will be complete and place holder graphics will be final graphics, etc. Photos of the box it came in (from another reviewer who was finished with it) are below the video window:

What is interesting is that Emil Larsen (game designer / developer along with many other on this super fantastic team) put together 50 prototypes and then numbered and signed each one! As a family of Elementary School Teachers, I have put together many kits of materials for 30 students in a classroom, so I know what it is like putting these kits together. Emil put together 50 plus each was far more intricate with many more components. I’d hate to hear how long it took him to put all the prototype boxes together!

Next… Photos of the box that UPS delivered to me today:

And a peek at what was inside when I opened it:

Deployable Hardware! 100K Stretch Goal

Rogue Angels now includes Deployable Hardware! I’m not sure what that is so I can’t give you detailed info about it right now, but it reminds me of ISS Vanguard equipment tokens that you could place on your current location on the map. This should add some depth (um, not depth charges) to the game!

Here are the words that caught my eye!!!

Yes… Deployable!

Here is the Stretch Goal that was just added to the game:

What’s next?

Twelve new terrain tiles PLUS 6 more maps with associated missions and setups! I think that we just may get these two stretch goals since we have 3 more days and maybe the last day will be when stragglers make up their minds to get in on this wonderful experience (aka a “game”)
