These are the four locked Action Cards for Vera:
P99 Bullpup: you can move, then do damage, then move again! A blue boost is a way to up the damage +2.
Auto Medic Drone: This is an Effect card that is ongoing as long as it is on your cooldown track. You must actually play this card as one of your two standard actions to get it on your cool down track. You may place it in slot 4 if you wish so that it is available for four turns instead of three. The blue boost lets you move an ally, but NOT when you play the card! Move the ally several turns later when this card slides off the Cooldown track.
