=> Official Kickstarter Update #56
=> Official Gamefound Update #35 (should be the same)
Highlights:
Emil announced it in his end of August update:
August progress (I am done!)
And he included a party image to go with it :)

The manufacturer now has every file and can start their own process of adjusting and making all the components! There likely will be minor tweaks and adjustments along the way (which is to be expected). But now it is in the hands of the manufacturer!
Emil noted that there still are less than 20 copies left so you can Late Pledge now to get them before they are gone. Plus, I (Len) looked over the Rewards and noticed that there were 54 retailers who backed Rogue Angels! They each will be getting four copies of the game so over 200 copies will be in stores!
Emil’s Summary: He is done on his side with components, inserts and game box.
One of the first things Emil finished in August were the Lore Book and Tactical Simulator (formerly called Training Manual)

The Lore Book includes quick summaries of the Factions. Here are example pages:

Emil used 3D Studio Max to determine a good layout for the inserts and included several example images of this.

Emil set up some requirements for the insert:
- It must be able to hold all the cards when sleeved
- The weight of the books in the box should be evenly distributed
- Cardboard components should be easily (and quickly) accessible
- Should allow you to work out of the box as you play, keeping things accessible yet also tucked away
It seemed that a two layer insert would be the best way to meet these requirements. And next he had fun figuring out the insert using Excel (which he reminds us is his favorite)

Then the wonderful Discord Community helped recreating this in 3D (special thanks to Irchrael for pulling it off flawlessly).

He even got the Logo on the top part of the insert!

Emil also made packing instructions for the manufacturer

Emil allowed room for all the cards to be sleeved, plus allowing them to be sorted by card type.
The top insert will hold all standees (on the left) and all cardboard tiles and tokens (on the right)

To make sorting easier with a clear overview (and also cover the insert) the punchboards will come with two cardboard sheets with instructions

You can cover up the tiles with this sheet so that they stay in place

With the new sizes and inserts Emil haddd to redo the punchboards :( Fortunately it turned out very well.

There will be four punchboards

Emil went through a lot of thoughts and ideas for the Rogue Angels game box. This should be how it will look

A couple of the Heroes are on each side.
There are a variety of things on the bottom of the box

The box size was increased a bit from the original estimate.
If you have the box on or near your table, there will be links to the rules, Discord, BGG and website

Here is how Emil put it:
100% !!! This is without a doubt the most satisfying graph I have ever had to upload to this project, perhaps any project that I have ever worked on :D
Now a period of very frequent communication with the manufacturer and a lot of quality control will ensue, and I am looking forward to it :)

- (*) Pre-production done. These will enter production alongside the rest.
- (**) Pre-production underway at manufacturer.
- (***) Awaiting pre-production at manufacturer.

The Pledge Manager should be going up soon. You will be alerted in time, so do not worry! Emil might make a “pre-launch page”
And Emil ends with this:
Thanks again for taking part in this journey, and for supporting me along the way. I am immensely grateful that I am still able to pursue this to its conclusion, and that Rogue Angels have reached yet another milestone.
This was made possible by you! Thank you!
Best regards Emil
